Responsibilities
- Lead to implement and manage projects related to digital identity platform e.g. mobile ID, biometric registration etc.
- Manage and mentor a highly skilled, talented team of Software Engineers, Presales, Project Manager and solution architect
- Lead technical discussions and drive effective technical decisions covering their area of responsibility
- Understand and practice agile software development and management
- Understand project management practice and manage project throughout project life cycle
- Partner effectively with stakeholders to manage scope and deliverables
- Develop solution both business and technical aspects upon given TOR or Proposal.
- Estimate project budget and control project cost with defined scope
- Design, develop & support front-end web, ReSTful APIs, and database components adhering to our SDLC best practices and guidelines.
- Manage team to execute rigorous load, stress and performance tests prior to deploying software
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of design, development, and deployment of application software
- 7+ years of team management experience
- Skilled & proficient in implementing Blockchain, ReSTful APIs following JSON API standards
- Demonstrate solid working knowledge of any mainstream object-oriented programming language, ideally C# and/or Java
- Demonstrate solid working knowledge of Relational databases including architecting and designing for performance and scalability
- Experience with Git, Jenkins
- Experience with designing and deploying applications in cloud-based environment.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, etc.
- Expert knowledge of XML & JSON
- Demonstrate solid working knowledge of any mainstream object-oriented programming language, ideally C# and/or Java
- Experience in logging, monitoring & alerting of applications
- Experience in Continuous Integration & Delivery of applications
- Experience with Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular 2/4/5, CSS, etc.) is a plus
- Familiar with Test Automation
- Managing performance metrics of the applications
- Excellent verbal & written skills to interact with peers, business partners & customers
- Ability to organize work, set priorities and determine resource requirements
- Experience in managing IT projects and coordinating the activities of project teams
